Disappointing condition. We informed the agency. Supporting photos. But, the worst was to find the plumber in the apartment, without having been warned by the agency!!! This is unacceptable! We had made it clear that we wanted peace of mind. And that the work that hadn't been done for us would be done after our departure. No commercial gesture was proposed to us, even if it was only the cleaning at the end of our stay...
