Quiet, detached gîte located between 2 barns in the heart of the village. On the Nancy/Lunéville axis, Flainval is a quiet village in a green setting with access to many hiking trails. First floor: fitted kitchen, living room (bookshelf, telephone socket), bathroom/WC (bath + shower) + 1 bedroom (1 double bed).
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (4 double beds, 2 single beds 90x200), shower room, separate WC.

150 m² courtyard with shed, 180 m² enclosed garden with table tennis, garden furniture, plancha and charcoal barbecue.
