I'm disappointed. When we arrived, no one was waiting for us. We waited 2 hours before the person answered the phone and then hung up on us. We ended up asking someone from the residence to call her and she ended up answering. It's a catastrophic welcome, especially after 15 hours on the road. What's more, there was no WIFI for the first 2 days. The oven doesn't work properly and trips the circuit breaker. The washing machine doesn't work properly and also trips the circuit breaker. The only consolation is the swimming pool.
