2-room 25.50 m² apartment located on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator, comprising :
- living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, DVD and HD satellite decoder
- dining area with table, 4 chairs and 2 folding chairs. This area opens onto a 3.80 m² west-facing balcony overlooking the slopes.
- Kitchenette with cupboards, 4 hotplates, table-top fridge and mini-oven
- bedroom with 1 double bed (sleeps 2) and a 1-column bridge unit
- a mountain corner with bunk beds (for 2 people). Please note that high beds are not recommended for children under 6.

No ski locker or private parking space.
Gondola departure and shops 100 m away, ski in ski out and back to the gondola via the slopes.
The apartment is equipped with blankets, crockery and kitchen utensils.
Household and bed linen are not included.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
A cleaning protocol that complies with current sanitary standards is in place between each rental.
