Situated 40km from Verdun and Sedan in a charming, peaceful village with 8 star-shaped streets and a covered way, this former royal stronghold was built by François 1er in 1545 near the Meuse river. Between Stenay (brewery) and Dun-Sur-Meuse, you can discover the riches of northern Meuse and the remains of the Battle of Verdun (41 km away). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 1 child's bed, WC, shower room, washing machine.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and hood. Dining room and living room with fireplace, TV, WC, electric and wood heating.
Enclosed garden, terrace, outbuilding, private parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Bed linen provided.
Tourist tax 0.50€/day/pers.
Utilities not included (approx. 20€/week in winter, depending on consumption).
The house is semi-detached, each entrance is independent.
