Large 150m² gîte for 6 people in a character house dating from the 14th century. In the village of Void-Vacon, just off the Nationale 4. Commercy (10 km) with its Château Stanislas and its madeleines, or Nancy (30 minutes) with its Place Stanislas... this gîte invites you to enjoy a peaceful stroll through nature and local produce. 10 km from Vaucouleurs: "In the footsteps of Joan of Arc". 40 km away, visit Verdun and its battlefields, as well as the World Peace Center. The entrance opens onto a spacious living room with bar and TV on the first floor. The interior design is in perfect harmony with the architecture. Exposed stonework and beams, open hearth fireplace (wood provided), stone sink: all elements that contribute to the authenticity of this place. The fully-equipped kitchen opens directly onto a terrace that extends into a peaceful, enclosed garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue). Peace and quiet in the heart of the village. Also on the first floor: laundry room with washing machine and separate WC.
On the first floor, accessed via a large landing, 3 cosy bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 cot), bathroom and separate WC confirm this pleasant feeling of peace and quiet.
