Located in Thillombois opposite the castle of the same name, Clos du Pausa is a self-catering cottage for 12 people. Situated in the heart of the Meuse, it's ideally placed for exploring the department. The village, surrounded by forests, will appeal to nature lovers and hikers alike. This large gîte features a fully-equipped kitchen, a TV lounge and a large dining room with fireplace (wood provided). There are also 2 bedrooms on the first floor (one of which is suitable for people with reduced mobility), each with its own private shower room.
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms await you, including 2 with private shower rooms. WIFI ACCESS.
Large garden.
All-inclusive price: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish to be paid for by tenants). Deposit required: 300€ and 400€ extra if you have a pet.
Heating included. Rental includes 8 kWh/day of electricity. Any surplus must be paid to the owner: invoiced according to actual consumption (meter reading). Ground-floor room with accessibility, adapted equipment and sanitary facilities and inclined floor (without Tourisme et Handicap label).
