In slate country, stay in this delightful miner's cottage, fully restored with large rooms. It has 2 enclosed gardens on either side, with terrace and children's porch.
On the first floor, you'll find a fitted kitchen, living room and dining room, as well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 140*190 bed and a 3rd 22m² bedroom with 1 140*190 bed, 1 90*190 bed and a 120*180 corner bed. Separate shower room and toilet. A children's area. Complete baby equipment in the gîte. Bed linen included.
For your outings, the La Rincerie leisure park, 13km away, offers a beautiful stretch of water with swimming, canoeing, wake-park, swin golf, fishing and hiking.
In Renazé, 3.5km from the gîte, you'll find all the shops, a hiking trail and a greenway for cyclists and hikers. Don't miss the slate museum.
River fishing on the Chéran and Oudon rivers and pond nearby.
In Craon, 12km, aquatic complex with swimming pool, outdoor slide, spa and sauna; racecourse, horse-riding, 19th-century château with park.
A little further away, 24km, Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, known for its Refuge de l'arche wildlife park, its marina (boat and bike rentals) and its gardens, is one of France's original towns and villages in bloom.
Professional stay: 5 people - Housework obligatory 1 flat rate 80€ per stay from 1 to 14 nights - Heating on meter reading, 20€ deposit to be paid at time of booking from 1/11 to 31/3, refund of overpayment according to meter.
