Spacious house with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an exceptional living room of almost 80m². Albizia, magnolia, walnut and poplar trees provide plenty of shade and space to relax and play. Children's swing, ping-pong table, petanque court. Fishing possible in the 1,000m² private lake: carp, roach, tench. Close to the owners' house, not overlooked.

Professional stay: 8 people maximum - compulsory cleaning 1 per stay from 1 to 14 nights - provision of charges heating package from 1/11 to 31/3 at 15€/night.
