This gîte is in the countryside, 15 km from Fougères, 10 km from Erné [hidden] 65km from Mont Saint Michel!
You'll enjoy a lovely private landscaped garden with trees, a large terrace and a pétanque court bordering fields and hedges.
The gîte features a large living room (60m²) with fireplace and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with its own shower cubicle, 1 bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90*190 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160*200. 2 separate WCs.
Discover the permaculture vegetable garden and the owners' collection of cacti and jobardes. Geese and hens frolic in their pens. 1 km away, visit the "Remarkable Garden" at La Pellerine (May to September). Also the Renaudies garden (18km) at Colombiers du Plessis.
Shops, services and swimming pool: Ernée, 10km, or Fougères, 14km.
Base de loisirs du Chenedet (kayaking, tree climbing, summer swimming...), 13km.
Professional stay: 4 people maximum, compulsory options: housework 7+80€ (1 per stay from 1 to 14 nights). The gîte is adjoining the owners' house. Not overlooked. The terrace and garden are private to the gîte.
