Ideal for nature lovers, private outdoor spaces without vis-à-vis, large landscaped lawns, woods, pastures with horses, private 18,000 m² pond (recreational fishing 1 to 2 lines possible-no kill, rowing boat available) 60m from the house and footpaths in the undergrowth that go around the property.

The gîte is located at the crossroads of Mayenne and Brittany. Don't miss Laval, with its château and naive art museum. Vitré: its castle and half-timbered houses. Small towns with character: Chailland, Parné-sur-Roc, Sainte-Suzanne and the "La Rincerie" leisure center, ideal for water sports or relaxing outings.
