Come and enjoy this very spacious gîte, ideally located in the heart of the village, allowing you to explore the Loire Valley region! Welcome to this charming, vintage-style 140 m² character farmhouse, ideally situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Tavers and its blue waters, between Orléans and Blois, for exploring the Loire Valley region and its castles!
On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped laundry room with its own tourist point, an independent toilet with washbasin, a step separating the rooms, a large dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (1 x 140 cm bed) opening onto a bathroom and toilet facilities,
Upstairs is a large relaxation area with books, games, musical instruments and television, and two bedrooms, each with two 90 cm beds and an en-suite shower room with toilet.
Heating included and bed linen supplied. Compulsory cleaning fee for professionals 60€.
An enclosed courtyard with flowers and a garden that brings calm, rest and the pleasure of a barbecue meal.
Closed garage or car access in the courtyard. Pets welcome.
[ Please note that swimming in the Loire is dangerous and therefore FORBIDDEN. There are municipal swimming pools in Beaugency and Mer, and a large lake with supervised swimming on Ile Charlemagne in Orléans. ]

A deposit of 400€ is required + a deposit of 300€ for pets.
Access is via the gate on rue des Eaux Bleues, preferably in reverse.
