Country house in a hamlet between Paris and Orléans, once owned by writer Benjamin Constant. The house is located on a working farm (cereal production). You'll enjoy quiet accommodation with a private enclosed garden. Parking in the driveway.
Activities/leasure nearby: hiking, climbing, castles (Loire, Essonne, Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines), Buthiers and Étampes leisure centers, Milly la Forêt. GROUND FLOOR: Living room with sofa and armchairs (3 steps up). Fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave and induction hob (4 steps between living room and kitchen).
There's a ground-floor bathroom with corner bath and shower, and an upstairs shower room with walk-in shower; 2 separate toilets.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR, there are 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200), and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x200) (bedroom 4 opens onto the landing). A cot and changing table are available for babies. Rooms 3 and 4 with single beds can be converted into double beds on request.
Further information Access to the house via 3 steps. Then access between living room and kitchen by 4 more steps. A supplement of €20 per pet is required. Pets are not allowed upstairs. Possibility of renting sheets and towels.
Possibility of renting sheets on site: 32€ for the whole set (please inform the owners).
Parties are not allowed in the gite.
Arrivals after 4pm and departures before 10am.
