My Home Connexion offers this magnificent house for up to six people for seasonal rental, located just a few minutes from downtown Arles. It offers calm and serenity, allowing you to take full advantage of the Provencal sunshine. Vegetation, terraces, garden furniture, swimming pool, deckchairs... We've got it all! The terrace features a large wooden table, chairs and benches, surrounded by majestic vegetation. The 7.5 x 3.5 swimming pool is equipped with deckchairs and parasols to make the most of your time in the sun. It's also brightly lit! The living area features a lounge, dining room and kitchen, perfect for entertaining family and friends. This space gives you direct access to the terrace and outdoors. Next, you'll find comfortable sleeping quarters featuring four suites, each with its own en-suite shower room, decorated in a refined and discreetly colorful style.

Taxes not included (6.19€ x nb adults + 18 years x nb nights). Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
