A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Tourist tax not included (2.59€ x number of adults x number of nights). Deposit: €3,500 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
