Come and stay in this comfortable, bright and tastefully decorated gîte. It is located in the heart of the village with all shops nearby, between the Beauce and the Loire Valley, about twenty kilometers from Orleans or Meung sur Loire. Situated between the Beauce plain and the Loire Valley, some twenty kilometers from Orleans or Meung-sur-Loire, this gîte is close to the owners' house, separated by a shared courtyard. It's in the heart of the village, close to all essential shops.
Tastefully decorated, comfortable and bright, it's a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort.
The first floor features a living room with open-plan kitchen, sofa bed, Italian shower and WC. Upstairs is a large bedroom for 4 people, with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm), as well as a sink area with double washbasin.
All charges included: bed linen included - beds made up - towels and household linen available - water - electricity - internet-wifi
Cleaning required every 3 weeks for long stays.
Pets are accepted with a supplement of 25€ per stay.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
