39 m² (Carrez law) 3-room cabin apartment on the 7th floor of the L'Ourson residence with elevator, offering :
- an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (for 2 people) and 1-column bridge unit, TV and HD satellite decoder.
- a dining area with a table, 6 chairs and 2 stools (an extension is available in the hall cupboard). The dining area opens onto a 3.63 m² balcony with a beautiful view of the Vallée d'Aulps.
- kitchenette with cupboards, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave/grill, dishwasher and washing machine...
- bedroom with 1 double bed 140 (for 2 people) and 2-column bridge unit
- a cabin with 70x190 bunk beds (for 2 people) and storage space. Please note that children under 6 years of age are not recommended to sleep high up.
