We will not accept reservations from tourists looking for a party house, this is a quiet residential neighborhood, more suitable for families or groups of adults.
Space
The villa is one of two identical villas on the same grounds and the swimming pool (12x4m) is used by both villas, although tourists will be able to use the private terrace with alfresco dining and barbecue room with a direct view of the pool.
The 6 bedrooms are very spacious and bright. The 450 m2 of Thevilla is distributed over three floors. There are 4 bathrooms.
Ground floor: interior area with barbecue and extra kitchen with dining table, as well as a double bedroom and bathroom. Access to the pool area and porch.
First floor: large kitchen, living room - dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. Three bedrooms, a game room and two bathrooms.
Second floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Room 1: 1st floor, 1.35m double bed with wardrobe, ceiling fan and window.
Room 2: 1st floor, located next to room 1, has two single beds in bunk beds, with wardrobe and window.
Bedroom 3: 1st floor, double bed of 1.50 m, with wardrobe, ceiling fan and small terrace with views of the back of the villa.
Games room: 1st floor, next to rooms 1 and 2, children's area with a small terrace.
Room 4: 2nd floor, with a 1.50m double bed, with a small terrace with sea views.
Room 5: 2nd floor, with a 1.50m double bed, with wardrobe and small dressing room, ceiling fan, private bathroom and small terrace with views of the back of the villa.
Room 6: ground floor, with a 1.35m double bed, with ceiling fan.
Bathroom 1: 1st floor, near bedrooms 1 and 2, with shower.
Bathroom 2: 1st floor, near bedroom 3, with shower.
Bathroom 3: 2nd floor, bathroom in room 5, with shower.
Bathroom 4: ground floor, next to room 6, with shower.
It has a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, wood fireplace. Availability of two cots. WiFi connection. We provide towels (pool and pool) and bed linen.
Access to the house is through an electric gate. There are two private parking spaces inside and plenty of free street parking. Access to the house is shared with the twin house where a local Majorcan family resides.
Whilst the outside area is shared with the adjoining villa, including use of the swimming pool, the two villas are set on a large plot of land with landscaped gardens so there is still a sense of privacy.
The house is located 100m from the sea, from the house you can access the small Murta cove. Located near the beach of Porto Cristo (1.7km) and the marina.
With easy access to the nearby beaches of Cala Mandia and Cala Anguila, awarded with a blue flag for its white sand and transparent waters. Near the virgin beaches of the east of Mallorca.
With easy access to a wide range of complementary offer, such as restaurants, golf, tennis, horse riding, diving, surfing, boat trips, etc.
