Located in a wooded park, just 15 minutes from the beaches, Beau Soleil is the place to be. Our gîte is made to welcome you and your whole tribe, from the youngest to the oldest! Here, vacation means rest and time for the whole family. Large gite adjoining the owner's home, on ground and first floors, with kitchen-living room, lounge, 2 shower rooms, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 single bed), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, 102 cm flat-screen TV, blue-ray DVD player, WiFi, telephone. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room + 1 WC. Ground floor, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room with Italian shower + 1 WC. Combined fridge-freezer. Baby equipment: high chair, cot, bathtub. Storeroom.
Electric heating and fireplace, garden furniture, barbecue, veranda, swing, ping-pong table. Firewood available. Private fenced garden of approx. 1500 m². Pet fee: €7/day/pet.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
