Welcome to Lit et Mixe, a small coastal village 7 km from unspoilt beaches, 15 km from the Lac de Léon lake and the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve, and with cycle paths nearby. We look forward to welcoming you for a comfortable stay with family or friends in this modern villa with above-ground pool and outdoor spa. This gîte is ideally located for enjoying the ocean, golf courses, forest and all summer activities and entertainment, while staying in a peaceful setting. Ideal for a weekend or a week... A modern villa with an above-ground swimming pool (7.32m x 3.66m, 1.32m deep, open from June to September depending on the weather) and a 4-seater outdoor spa (usable all year round) are available for you to relax in the 3000m² enclosed garden with Japanese garden. A terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha extend the indoor living space. This house (adjoining the owner's own home) is large and bright. All on one level, it comprises :
large living room (flat-screen TV, WIFI, NETFLIX subscription, Blu-ray DVD player, sound bar), dining room, fully-equipped kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher),
storeroom (American fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer), 3 bedrooms (4 beds 140 including 2 bunk beds), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet. Thanks to the 140 bunk beds, 2 extra people can be accommodated for a maximum capacity of 8 people: a supplement of 50€ / week / person is requested. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen as well as electricity, water and air conditioning are included in the price. Baby equipment may be requested: cot, high chair and bathtub. Spa included in the price from May to June and €15/day extra from October to the end of April.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
