You'll find peace and quiet in this old, fully restored farmhouse, set in 3000 m² of wooded grounds, on an airial of centuries-old oak trees, close to the lake and cycle paths, 10 min from the beaches. Tastefully furnished, this large house sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6, offering peace and quiet.
The swimming pool invites you to take a dip, the deckchairs to enjoy a siesta, and for the more sporty, why not take a bike ride! First floor: 4 bedrooms (3 x 140 beds, 2 x 90 beds), dining room, kitchen, living room, shower room, fireplace, electric heating. TV, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.
Garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, terrace, 13X6.5m swimming pool shared with other gite and owner, open from May to September (weather permitting). Linen provided. Cot and high chair available. Firewood: €50 per stere.
Cleaning package available. Electricity at EJP rate.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
