Welcome to Landes Chalosse, ideally located 2 h from the Pyrenees and 1 h from the Atlantic Ocean. Let yourself be seduced by this charming region of rolling countryside, and in particular by Morganx, a small village 7 km from Hagetmau and 35 km from Mont de Marsan. We look forward to welcoming you to our fully renovated, self-contained Topino gite on the ground floor, with its private terrace, shared gravelled courtyard and swimming pool (only available from July 3 to August 28). - A pleasant, light-filled living room with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood. - A living area for meals, and a sitting area with TV and wifi. - The sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms (1 sleeping 140, 2 sleeping 90).
- sanitary facilities include a shower room with Italian shower, - separate toilets. - A washing machine is available in an adjoining storeroom, accessed via the terrace. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are included, as well as baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub). Heating package available from October 1 to April 30. You also have access to a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a gravel parking area and 5000 m of surrounding land shared with the owners. The swimming pool is 8x4 m, 1.20 m to 1.50 m deep, secured by a wall and gate, on the owner's terrace. Use of the pool is reserved exclusively for gîte guests.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the gîte is equipped with a gas stove). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
Price does not include: heating package from October 1st to April 30th.
