Detached former barn, located in a hamlet close to a farm (100 m). Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, bathroom/shower), WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in each), shower room/WC. Wifi internet access. Landscaped grounds of 1,200 m², including 600 m² enclosed at rear. Patio (garden furniture, barbecue). Garage (ping-pong table). Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €70/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay/bed; Bathroom linen rental: €8/stay/bed.

Access 1: From Saint Etienne de Mer Morte, at the church towards Froidfond. After 100 m, turn right (rue du Falleron) then straight on. Cross the Vallées bridge (lake) and take the 2nd right. The gîte is at the entrance to Le Plessis village. Access 2 : La Garnache: at the town hall (in the center), take rue du Chemin Bas. At the stop sign, turn left. 0.5 km from the exit (sign), turn left towards Saint Etienne de Mer Morte. After 6 km, after Les Basses Longeais, take the 3rd road on the left, arriving at Le Plessis.
