Renovated old house for 14 people, located in a hamlet near Fontenay-le-Comte, on a property with private swimming pool. Various areas have been designed both inside and out to ensure your well-being. You'll enjoy a 120 m² enclosed courtyard to the front, with garden furniture and a pétanque court, as well as a 2nd enclosed area of 280 m² to the rear, with swimming pool, covered play area, garden furniture, deckchairs, armchairs, gas plancha, Seb 5 L Beertender beer tapping machine, table soccer, ping-pong table. Private parking, summer kitchen and sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) near the covered area. Private heated swimming pool (4x7m), open from May to September. 50 km from Puy du Fou and La Rochelle, 20 km from the Marais Poitevin. The town of Fontenay-le-Comte and its motor racing circuit are 10 km away. The gîte comprises 3 bedrooms on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and private shower room/WC (PRM-accessible), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm); a bathroom (shower and bath); a separate WC, a shower room, a lounge, a living room/kitchen and a sitting area overlooking the swimming pool. A summer kitchen, a dining area, a shower room and a toilet are located under a canopy overlooking the pool (the bay window can be opened or closed). Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 with 140cm beds and 2 with 2 90cm beds, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC and a relaxation area for children.

Optional: Housekeeping package: 200€/stay; Bed linen rental: 10€/double bed and 8€/single bed; Bathroom linen rental: 7€/pers/stay.
In addition: Tourist tax.
Deposit cheque and cleaning cheque to be given to the owner. Any problem in the gîte must be reported within 24 hours.
