Detached old house dating from 1900, located in a hamlet in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, close to another gîte. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, telephone, wc. Upstairs: bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (1 double bed). Wifi internet access. Enclosed landscaped grounds 70 m², covered terrace (garden furniture, barbecue), boules pitch, rowing boat available, fishing on site. Mountain bikes and bicycles for hire. Character gîte. Options :
End-of-stay cleaning: €40/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/stay/pers.
In addition: Tourist tax; Electric heating on general meter reading (deduction made of 8 kWh per day for current consumption) - The owner provides the wood (recommended price based on 50 to 70€ per stere). The 1st flambé is free: to be paid on site.
