Sant Miquel Homes is a 1900 building whose structure retains the typical character of the buildings of the time. It is perfectly renovated and our apartments are equipped and conditioned and you have everything you need to enjoy your vacation (kitchenware, sheets, towels ...).
It is located in one of the most commercial streets of the Mallorcan capital, all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, in addition to live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere in the area. And is that the heart of the city is at your feet. At the end of the street is the Plaza Mayor. Plaza España, from where you can catch buses or trains to anywhere on the island, is a few meters away.
The Albufera apartment is a loft studio with capacity for 2 people. It has a double bed, a living room with a French kitchen that is equipped with all the utensils and utensils necessary for your stay: ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. In the living room you will find a modern sofa and a table to enjoy your meals. In addition, the studio has a full bathroom with a shower tray and a hairdryer. We offer free Wi-Fi in addition to air conditioning with heat.
The apartment has a very original tropical decoration, it is very bright and has some little balconies from which to enjoy the coming and going of people and the bustle of the city. It is ideal for couples.
The famous Mercat de l'Olivar is two blocks away and there you can buy all kinds of top quality products. You will enjoy all the services in the area: supermarkets within a 2-minute walk, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, opticians, etc. In less than 10 minutes you will be at the Cathedral or you can visit the Town Hall.
It is very important to note that you can only access the apartment via stairs, since it is located on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator.
