In the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, halfway between Senonches and La Ferté Vidame, this house on the edge of the forest is ideal for those looking for a vacation spot to enjoy with family or friends, to "bubble up" or indulge in the sporting activities that nature has to offer, or why not combine the two as you please!
With a surface area of 146 m², it has undergone total renovation to offer you the very best:

The accommodation comprises on the first floor: large living room with fireplace opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer), 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and shower room, separate toilet, laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90x200cm bed, bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
A baby cot and high chair are available.
Price includes bed linen and cleaning service. The price includes wood for the fireplace in winter and the barbecue in summer. Gas heating is included in the price from October 1 to April 30.
