Access via private outside staircase: living room/lounge/kitchen (stereo, 1-person bench), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with shower room and toilet. Wifi internet access. Private south-facing terrace adjoining the gîte (garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue and plancha). 800 m² shared landscaped courtyard. Parking on property. Bicycles available.
