On the main floor there is a spacious lounge and dining area with direct access to the terrace and garden of the villa. Next to it, and also with access to the exterior, there is a large independent and fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom.
Climbing the stairs to the upper floor, we find a luxurious master suite with private bathroom and access to its own private terrace. There are also the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom, one of them also with access to a private terrace. Both the living room and the bedrooms have their own air conditioning.
The large garden of this villa is covered with natural green lawns, as well as a nice and well maintained swimming pool and barbecue. The terrace, fully furnished and protected from the sun, makes the outside of the house the ideal place to enjoy the summer to the full.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
