3-room apartmentThe Marie Diane residence is a furnished apartment complex located in Propriano in southern Corsica. Its many facilities, including a swimming pool and children's play area, make it an ideal place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.
Laurier Rose' is a comfortable garden-floor apartment, part of a 4-unit complex. This charming 3-room apartment sleeps 2 to 5 people.
It boasts a very large terrace, partly covered, overlooking a private garden planted with trees. The terrace is furnished with garden tables and chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue.
The accommodation comprises a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a second bedroom with twin beds (90 x 200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed (160 x 200 cm wide), a single bed in an alcove in the hall between the living room and the bedrooms, a shower room with washing machine and separate toilet. The well-equipped kitchen is also separate.
Both the kitchen and living room have access to the terrace and outdoors.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with free internet access (or Wifi). Numerous parking spaces are available in the residence.
You'll appreciate its tranquil location just 600 m from the town center, 1 km from beaches and water sports, 1 km from two supermarkets and 250 m from a sports complex and municipal tennis courts.
On arrival, you'll be asked to leave a deposit of €500 and, depending on the booking platform, pay tourist tax.
Pets are accepted, with a €50 supplement payable on arrival.

Quiet accommodation in a small residence with swimming pool, wifi and air conditioning in the rooms. We often had the pool to ourselves. We were well placed for exploring and discovering the region. 2 supermarkets within 3 minutes' drive and a bakery within 5 minutes' walk.
