Located in the CALYPSO residence in a 5-storey building with elevator, this T3 apartment is close to everything: the port, the beach, shops and the market.
The residence is secured by a gate and digicode at the building entrance.
Private numbered parking.
Large F3 of approx. 60 m2 on the 5th floor comprises: entrance hallway, shower room (washing machine), separate toilet - 2 bedrooms: 1 with double bed (140cm) and storage cupboard, the other with 2 single beds (90cm), living/dining room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer...) opening onto a lovely terrace (garden furniture).
The + : Very neat and comfortable.
Geographical location allowing you to park your car and do everything on foot! Market in the Maillol area, beach...

Optional extras: Linen is not provided, but can be booked in advance and collected when you hand over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with one large and one small towel: 8.00 €).
WIFI BOX rental: 39 € / week
