Cambo les bains Reference C165 : T1 bis, on the first floor of a small condominium, apartment comprising a lounge area, a dining area opening onto an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer...), 1 bedroom (bed 140) with en-suite shower room with toilet, an east-facing terrace.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (fee payable to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a cleaning service can be arranged for a fee).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out on each departure (cf art 1731 of the civil code).
The following customers have 24 hours to inform us of anything they feel is not in order, or that our services have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory of fixtures will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that no damage has occurred. In the case of a pre-assessment, the deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned cancelled (cheque), after the tenants' actual departure.
Optional services to be paid for on site and booked before arrival:
- Bed linen/set/week: 10 €.
- Bathroom linen/kit per person/week: 5 €.
- Exit cleaning T1 Bis : 44 €.
This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in ad), a supplement may apply.
