The apartment comprises an entrance hall with storage space, a large living room combining a living room with a 2-person sofa-bed, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. All facing east and opening onto a pleasant little balcony with a beautiful view of Puy Gros.
The apartment also features a large bedroom with storage space and a double bed (160cm), plus a small bedroom with a bunk bed (2x1).
Finally, a shower room with washing machine and separate toilet complete this [hidden] private cellar on the first floor of the building, completes this beautiful product and offers an interesting storage space.
