In a small residence 300m from the town center, thermal baths and all amenities, pleasant type 3 duplex apartment of approx. 50m² on 2nd floor without elevator.
On the first level, it comprises a living room combining lounge,
US kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher [hidden] dining room, all facing east and benefiting from an unobstructed view of the town. This first bedroom has a sofa-bed for 2 people.
A shower room and toilet.
Second level:
2 small bedrooms :
one with 1 double bed (140cm)
and the other with 2 single beds (80cm) and a TV for watching DVDs.
The apartment also has a private cellar on the first floor.
Maximum occupancy 6 people.
Pets not accepted.
