Located in a very quiet area of La Rochelle, Port-Neuf district, 500 meters from the sea, 15 minutes walk from the old port and the beach of the city center, this furnished gite classified 1 star allows quick and easy access to all points of interest in the city and the Francofolies festival. 5 minutes by car from the Ile de Ré, also accessible by bike by the cycle tracks. By bike also the beaches of Chef de Baie and L'Houmeau and Les Minimes.
No parking problems, large free parking in front of the small loft full foot fully enclosed, Studio near the shops (100 meters) including:
A kitchenette (electric oven, microwave, induction hob 2 burners, refrigerator with freezer, hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc..)
In the living room a large mezzanine bed for 2 people and underneath a sofa bed type BZ
We can provide a baby bed.
