Outdoor furniture needs changing - Swimming pool not thoroughly cleaned - Hedges not trimmed - Exterior maintenance generally not carried out. Lack of cutlery in kitchen and chairs inside when there are six of us. Otherwise a very pleasant, quiet and well-placed house.
