This lovely air-conditioned T2 cabin apartment has been very well maintained and renovated,
of 28m2 located on the 2nd and top floor with its 8 m2 south-facing terrace and sea view.
Private parking space in residence no. 227.
Ideal for 5 people.
Comprising living room with sofa bed, fully-equipped communicating kitchen (fridge, 3 induction hobs, electric griddle, microwave, filter coffee maker, Krups coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine).
The apartment has a TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom. In this room you'll find a 140cm bed and closet, and a bay window opening onto the terrace.
The cabin is equipped with a 90cm bed.
TV (French channels only).
Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and plates are provided, as are comforters, pillows and cleaning materials.
The apartment does not have WI-FI, but you can ask the agency for a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at a cost of €7 per day or €39 per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.

Departure cleaning is at your charge. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs 75 euros.
