Spacious semi-detached villa type T3 of 51m² on garden level and its terrace of 50m² facing SOUTH/SOUTH WEST, ideal for making the most of your stay in a peaceful setting close to shops, beaches and entertainment.
Tastefully renovated and air-conditioned, this is a very pleasant, bright villa.
It comprises a large living room with sofa bed, dining area and TV, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, hob, fridge/freezer, extractor hood).
On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a 160cm bed and storage cupboard.
The bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine is also on the ground floor.
Separate WC.
Upstairs you'll find a mezzanine - resting area with chest of drawers and armchair - and a second bedroom with a 180cm bed.
Vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron and barbecue are available on the terrace.
TV (French channels only).
Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and plates are provided, as are comforters, pillows and cleaning materials.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.

Departure cleaning is at your charge. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs 105 euros.

For all bookings of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, a 2-hour sea trip on the agency's catamaran will be offered.
