Superb 140 m 2 single-storey air-conditioned villa with 700 m 2 garden, 10 minutes from La Roquille beach. With private pool, in a quiet residential area.

The villa is set in 700 m2 of private, fenced grounds close to the center and port.
Parking for 2 cars is available at the entrance to the plot.
It has 3 terraces, one at the entrance for a covered dining area, one at the rear for another covered dining area overlooking the pool, and a wooden terrace giving direct access to the pool.
The pool is equipped with Roman steps for children to play on, and is secured by an electric roller shutter.
Pool dimensions are 8 x 4.
Garden furniture can be installed around the pool and at the main entrance.
On the ground floor you'll find the two bedrooms, with two bathrooms and separate WC.
On the first floor you'll find a shower room with shower and washbasin.
On the second floor: shower, washbasin, bath and WC. Large storage cupboards are also available.
The 15m2 kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, American fridge, coffee maker, extractor hood, kettle and espresso machine.
The kitchen opens onto the splendid 40 m2 living room, with TV and fireplace, which opens onto the second covered terrace on the pool side.
One bedroom with an electric double bed (180cm) with two 90x190cm mattresses.
Another bedroom with bunk beds (90 x 190 cm).
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 2-person bed (160x190) opening onto a solarium.
A laundry room with cupboards, washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor.
Electric heating.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this villa. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.
If you have any extra requests, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can provide you with the best possible service.
Departure cleaning 165 euros .
Cleaning NOT done ("surprise" cleaning) or done incorrectly, a supplement of €100 will be charged.
Deposit : 3000 euros.
For all bookings of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, a 2-hour sea trip will be offered on the agency's catamaran.
Optional services to be paid for on site and booked before arrival:
