This apartment comprises a lovely living room with sofa bed, storage space and armchairs, and a fully renovated kitchen opening onto the living room (fridge, oven, 2-burner electric hob, kettle, SENSEO coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher in 45). Dining area with table and chairs.
There are 2 bedrooms: one with a 180x200 double bed (composed of 2 90x200 beds) and a closet, and a second bedroom with two 90 single beds and storage space.
Bathroom with shower and newly renovated washing machine. Separate WC.
TV (French channels only).
Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and plates are provided, as are comforters, pillows and cleaning materials.
The apartment does not have WI-FI, but you can ask the agency for a WI-FI box (5GB per day) at a cost of €7 per day or €39 per week.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.

Departure cleaning is at your charge. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs 85 euros.
Cleaning NOT done ("surprise" cleaning) or done incorrectly, a supplement of €50 will be charged.
For all bookings of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, a 2-hour sea trip on the agency's catamaran will be offered.
