We are happy to offer you this front-line studio located in Puerto Pollensa which has been recently refurbished in a very modern style, it has a lovely balcony with amazing views towards the Pollensa bay and the beach.
Upon entering the apartment there is a lounge dining and an open plan fitted kitchenette. To the left there is a small bathroom with a shower room and an open bedroom with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. Air conditioning is also available in the dining room, as well as satellite TV. The property also has a balcony with a table and chairs for two people. The views there, facing the bay, are fantastic. The apartment is just a few metres away from the beach and only a few minutes’ walking to the centre of Puerto Pollensa, to the La Gola natural park, and to a broad selection of shops and restaurants of any type.
