Spacious apartment with stunning views of the Etang de Thau, located on the 2nd floor of a residence without elevator. The apartment comprises a separate fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combo). A beautiful living room with a dining area and TV lounge, then a small lounge with 2 90 cm sofa beds, all giving access to a terrace facing the pond. The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds that can be converted into 180 cm beds. A shower room + a bathroom and separate toilet.... Free parking at the bottom of the building .....
