On the first floor, the gîte has a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and an adjoining shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC. On the 1st floor, three additional bedrooms, each with access to the terrace. The first suite has a 160x200 bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate WC. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 90x200 beds and share a bathroom with shower. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Underfloor heating and wood-burning stove in winter.
Outside terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and view of the owners' château. Private heated (mid-May to end-September) chlorine pool (4mx8m), 1.50m deep, secured by roller shutter and alarm.
