Located in the Domaine du pas de Courtin, with a beautiful view on the hills of Bormes les Mimosas. You will be seduced by this air-conditioned villa with swimming pool. Its capacity of reception of eight people will allow you to benefit from the vacations in family (with three rooms and an independent studio). An independent kitchen very well equipped (gas cooking). It is composed of three bedrooms (two on the first floor, one of which has a balcony, and one on the ground floor with a double bed of 160*190), two bathrooms with toilets, a large living/dining room equipped with a TV corner and a dining area with a large table, both of which open onto the terrace and have a view of the pool. A protected terrace equipped with a dining area and a bar area overlooking the pool (10x3).
An independent studio equipped with a kitchenette, a shower room and a TV, can accommodate two people with its convertible sofa of 140.
The cleaning package is included in the price. Animals are not allowed.
