Beautiful newly built holiday home, located in a quiet location in Ardea, Rome lies an hour's drive away from Italy and a couple of miles from the beach to enjoy the sun, sand and waves.
Only 3.3 km from the center of Ardea. Ardea, the ancient capital of the Rutuli, stands on a tufa rock from which it dominates the surrounding area. 9 km beach with good therapeutic properties (with some of the most renowned establishments on the Italian coast) are also closeby.
Excellent water quality and a pleasant climate are just some of the surprises it offers tourists. The house is tastefully furnished and is equipped with all comforts.
