Former basket-maker's house, totally independent, in the center of a 4,300 m² park planted with trees and flowers, where nature and calm are the order of the day. Located in a traditional village where wicker and basketry reign. In Fayl-Billot, a little wicker becomes a basket, a piece of jewelry, a pléssis or a village decoration.
Come and explore all these little paths in a magnificent forest. Also close to the 4 lakes.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), bathroom/WC. 1st floor: Sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 x 2-bed, 1 x 1-bed) and shower room/WC. Tumble-dryer. Bed linen provided (beds made up on arrival). Cleaning charge: €70. Bathroom linen : 8 €/pers. Heating package. 75 €/week. 75 € for mid-week and 40 €/we. Wood stove: 30 €/week. Utilities: 8 kWh/day electricity Free (meter reading on arrival and departure). Surplus to be paid to owner: invoiced according to actual consumption (meter reading) 2 mountain bikes for adults and 3 children. Covered shelter.
