Fully-renovated self-catering cottage, located in a quiet, authentic village with an old fountain, where you can enjoy a lovely view of the green countryside. Maison Rosalice has retained its old-world charm with its wood panelling, while offering you all the modern comforts of today.
On the edge of the Vosges mountains, you'll be equidistant from the spa towns of Vittel, Contrexéville and Bourbonne-les-Bains (parks, swimming pools, casinos, golf courses, lakes). Leisure facilities (cycling, pétanque, picnics) in the village. A31 freeway exit 3km away.
First floor: Kitchen with induction hob / dining room, living room (1 x 120 cm single bed), shower room and WC. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed) and small mezzanine (1 double sofa bed). Sheets, towels and household linen provided. Cleaning charge: €30. Garage available. 1 bicycle and 2 mountain bikes available. Charges: 8 kWh/day electricity Free (meter reading on arrival and departure). Surplus to be paid to owner: invoiced according to actual consumption (meter reading).
