About the House Sa Trona Beach House features six bedrooms, making it ideal for groups of up to 12 guests. The home is thoughtfully divided to offer privacy and shared spaces for larger groups:
Top Floor: Here, you’ll find three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and spectacular sea views.
Ground Floor: The ground floor also includes three bedrooms, along with a second kitchen and another cozy living area, making it easy to host families or friends while allowing for separate spaces to relax and unwind.
The terrace is a true highlight, where you can enjoy breakfast with stunning sea views or unwind in the evening with the sound of waves. With air conditioning throughout, the house is comfortable year-round, and in the low season, you can choose to rent only the upper level for a more intimate experience.
Location Highlights Situated in Cala Santanyí, the home is just a few footsteps from Cala Santanyí Beach, 2 km from Cala Llombards, 5 km from Cala Figuera, and 7 km from the beach S'Amarador—each offering unique beach experiences and water sports options. There is a small supermarket, coffee places and different restaurants in walking distance from the house.
Due to its location, we recommend to hire a car, at least during the spring and autumn travels.

Indoor and Outdoor: Garden, fenced terrace, BBQ, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and open-air parking.
Kitchen Essentials: Each kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and essential cookware for your stay.
Linens and Supplies: Bed linens, towels, and beach towels are provided, as well as initial essentials like kitchen detergent, 1-2 dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags. Bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and a couple of toilet paper rolls to get you started. If you’re arriving late or need groceries arranged for arrival, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.
IMPORTANT! In compliance with local regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca must pay the local tourist tax. In some cases, this fee may not be included via certain booking channels. If it’s not included, we’ll send you separate payment details. Additionally, we require a refundable deposit of €300 for your stay, which can be reduced to €100 with optional damage insurance. Further details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
