Ground floor: entrance, living room (fireplace)/kitchen, veranda, shower room, separate WC, 3 bedrooms (2 x 140 beds) (1 x 160 bed: 2 x 80 electric bedsprings). A laundry area adjoins the kitchen. Outside, you'll enjoy 1800m² of enclosed grounds with terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, sunshade, barbecue) and secure old wash-house (no fishing or swimming). Parking on the property. Housing in the city with the sounds of the countryside: chickens, roosters on the neighboring property. Close to the local secondary school. Bed linen provided. Wood provided.
Possibility of an extra bed (bed 90).
Options: End-of-stay cleaning: 90€/stay; Bathroom linen hire: 8€/pers/stay.
