Contact the ownerWe are a family, Enzo is a sealer of towels, napkins of spunlaid material, Tatjana have a studio for mani/pedicure and fish pedicure, Nathan is a teenager with a passion of sailing Anthea is our small majorettes girl and we have a small cute maltezer wich name is Floki, we like to travel a lot so in our aparment we try to put all neccessary and a lot of love to make our guest comfortable and we are on disposal to any information to make your stay in Rovinj unforgetable :-)

A stone's throw from the city center, 12 minutes on foot, in a dead end, quiet and peaceful street surrounded by pine trees, 10 minutes from the beach of Monte Mulini (1000 m), in the hinterland of the Hotel Park is Villa Tena with a large garden with bench, table and barbecue, private fenced parking space for each apartment. All necessities are within 20 meters: supermarket, shop
fruit and vegetables, fish shop, restaurant, newsstand, etc.
The house contains two identical mirrored apartments of 50 m2 which are located on the second floor for 2 + 2 persons: Apartment Anthea and Apartment Floki. Bedroom with double bed, living room with double bed and kitchen, balcony-terrace with table for 4
people and a beautiful view of the city of Rovinj, washing machine, equipped with comfort for each guest - dishes, oven, microwave, bed linen, towels, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WI FI, hairdryer, iron, coffee machine German coffee / or mocco for an Italian and safe coffee.
